FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. The free month needs no card and no cancellation, it just ends. Paid subscriptions cancel from settings at the end of the billing month. Full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge. Your free month does not count against this window.
Do I need a credit card to try Tera_Plus?: No. Every new account gets 30 days of full Tera_Plus access, no card, no auto-renewal. After 30 days the AI features pause and your data stays put.
Does the Tera tier need a credit card?: No. Tera opens a folio so you can read The Record (real claim case files), the insurance glossary, and the coverage primers. No card on file, no trial timer.
Does Tera_Plus cover my whole household?: Yes. Tera_Plus is per-household, not per-seat. Invite up to four authorized users at no extra cost.
Is my policy data private?: Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit and is never shared with carriers, brokers, or adjusters. Your policy is processed by OpenAI under our standard commercial agreement (not used to train models) and the extracted text is kept in a per-user vector store so the AI can answer questions about your specific policy. Export or delete it from Account anytime. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
