Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The 30-day trial needs no card and no cancellation, it just ends. Paid subscriptions cancel any time from the Re_Tera app, or on your iPhone under Settings › your name › Subscriptions, and run to the end of the month you already paid for.
Do I need a credit card to try Re_Tera?
No. Every new account gets 30 days of full Re_Tera access, no card, no auto-renewal. Subscribe before the trial ends to keep full access.
What happens after the trial if I don't subscribe?
Your account turns read-only for 30 days, so you can still view and export everything. After that it locks while we hold your data for 90 more days, then it is deleted. You can subscribe any time before deletion to restore full access. Email support@getretera.com to download your data while it is locked.
Does Re_Tera cover my whole household?
Yes. Re_Tera is per-household, not per-seat. Invite up to four authorized users at no extra cost.
Is my policy data private?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit and is never shared with carriers, brokers, or adjusters. Your policy is processed by OpenAI under our standard commercial agreement (not used to train models) and the extracted text is kept in a per-user vector store so the AI can answer questions about your specific policy. Export or delete it from Account anytime. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
